Yoga back to back

Wow...after 2 days back to back doing yoga...today...finally im DONE! Just for this week... -o-
i feel tired & no more extra energy for it.

Yesterday was the Gentle yoga...but it doesnt seems THAT gentle to me :P Still im enjoying it. I guess my Fav Instructor Sony not coming back from India anymore. sob sob....heard those Aunty said he went back for vacation & be back this mth...but still i din see him. I guess he wont be back OR been trf to somewhere else.

Good for ya Sony...Cos i had a chat with him few mths back, he so so wanted to be transfer to some other country. He said doesnt know why the Mgmt doesnt want to trf him out..he told me that he's not good enof to be trf out like my other Fav...Pooja & Kishore.
But...now...i guess he got what he wanted! Good Luck & All da best yo Sony!! Who said u're not good huh! U mk everyone workout, sweat & push us to our limit & STILL we love it!

Now, i have another new fav..hehe...Since all my Fav instructor been leaving me 1 by 1...i got no choice but to find another :P
this 1...Hemraj...wow...i like his style...Simple post yet FRESH! Which means he used back all the main posture but added new "twist" in it hence...it IS Fresh to me! wow...im loving it! hehe...

Yesterday i din feel any pain on my body...Also i feel lazy to go yoga early this morning! Im so thankful & happy that i went! hehe...Guess the Saint JT won over the Evil JT! kakaa...
Today...Hatha Yoga. It feels like Intermediate Yoga! i feel like dying when im just doing Warm up!! aarrgg....by the time he start the real thing...i really feel like wanna sitting down & wanna go back! Lol...

i do manage the entire 1 hr class...i feel recharge!! Yeehaa....but now...i feel a bit painful here & there. Hemm...im wondering...IF i cont. going yoga everyday....i guess it wont be that painful huh....tomolo i cant go...hv appointment for Facial...hehe...

I hope i can reduce MORE weight so i can hv a nice body shaping for my photoshoot & wedding! keke...but i know...is IMPOSSIBLE! cos i hv 1 more week till photoshoot...UNLESS....
hiak hiak hiak....i STARVE myself like what i did in Houston! im sure i hv a FLAT Tummy by then! kakaka....

if my bf see this...he sure gonna kill me! kekeke...
